Mini Review - Mumba Blade Series Grip and Case

Ok. I've been using the Mumba Blade Series grip for a month now. And if you're on the hunt for some extra protection for your switch in a slim package, I recommend this combo.

Lumini - Nintendo Switch Review

So, there's been this trend in indie games lately to present the player with as much challenge as possible. Making your game brutally hard will get you views on Twitch after all. And I for one, am not a fan. I don't have time to die in Hollow Knight and re-do an entire section of a game. There's enough stress in my life already.

Lumini is a refreshing change of pace. Your one goal is to reach the end of this extremely linear adventure. You'll encounter a puzzle or an enemy every now and then, but everything is designed to move you forward. you won't get lost, you wont get stuck, and the only resistance you'll face is searching for secrets, and learning how to pilot your character.

Just Ignore Them - Nintendo Switch Review

Dad warning, this game is positively NOT for kids. I would even go as far say unless you really love horror, and have thick skin, you should probably steer clear too. The themes, images, and language presented are undeniably mature in nature. I won't be showing any of that in this review. Just know that this story gets pretty messed up.

Unfortunately, for me, thats where the "love" stops. This is my first Luigi's Mansion game, and it's likely to be my last.

Playing Pikmin for Gamecube - 18 Years Later

By December 2, 2001 The name Shigeru Miyamoto was already infamous. The creator of Donkey Kong, Super Mario, and Zelda had firmly cemented himself as the father of modern gaming. And though some would argue that Super Mario 64 back in 1996 was his last great innovation leading up to 2001, needless to say we were all waiting with bated breath for what would come next. And with intrigue, mystery, and some slight disappointment... Pikmin was born.

The Dan Cave - Humble Beginnings

I cleaned out my garage last month, and with support from the wife, I built myself a little corner of happiness. I call it the Dan Cave, and I love it. It's a constant work in progress as the collection grows, but here's what I've built so far...
